S1aaS service is addressed to accounting professionals and accounting offices keeping Revenue - Expenses and General Ledger books.

The subscription can be for 3 or 12 monthes and the corresponding fee is prepaid.

The subscription fee is proportional to the number of companies covered, the type of application used and is not affected by the number of users.

The subscription includes:

  • Free online access to general operating instructions and SoftOne knowledge base
  • Regular information on new features
  • Systematic backup taking
  • Data recovery (restore)
  • Maintenance of hardware
  • Database maintenance
To calculate the total cost of the service, the subscriber should choose the number of companies that will be supported by the service and the application to be used for each company.
This way, the subscription may include  X companies for Revenue - Expenses software and Y companies for General Ledger software.
The total value will depend on the total number of companies, the applications used by each company and the subscription duration.


Telephone support

The suscription to Telephone Support may be for 3 or 12 monthes, depending on the S1aaS subscription duration. The three-month subscription telephone support fee  is € 40, while the annual subscription fee is € 150.

The subscriber is supported by phone for an unlimited number of calls, during working days and hours.
