The subscription includes:
- Continuing access to the software selected for each company
- Updated versions of the software
- On line support (via email)
- Free online access to general operating instructions and SoftOne knowledge base
- Regular information on new features
- Systematic backup taking
- Data recovery (restore)
- Maintenance of hardware
- Database maintenance
This way, the subscription may include X companies for Revenue - Expenses software and Y companies for General Ledger software.
The total value will depend on the total number of companies, the applications used by each company and the subscription duration.
Telephone support
The suscription to Telephone Support may be for 3 or 12 monthes, depending on the S1aaS subscription duration. The three-month subscription telephone support fee is € 40, while the annual subscription fee is € 150.The subscriber is supported by phone for an unlimited number of calls, during working days and hours.
