To proceed to change, you should use the corresponding options appearing in the SaaS Subscription Menu. Modifications can only be made by the subscription administrator and not by the users having access to the subscription applications.
CAUTION! If want to remove companies, this change will appear at the next renewal of the subscription, lowering the subscription cost (unless you have added new companies in the meantime).
Any difference in total subscription cost will be invoiced and should be paid within 10 working days. The activation process is the same as the initial activation of the subscription (new subscribers).
Subscription extension with the addition of companies / users
In order to upgrade your subscription (adding companies or users), the subscription administrator shoudl login and perform the necessary changes in subscription content.

- Plese remember that increasing the number of users is cost free only to subscribers of S1aaS service.

If the service is upgraded before the expiration date, the subscription is renewed in its entirety, to expire on a specific date to facilitate the subscriber. |

Complete modifications
To complete the modifications, choose the payment method best suited to you to start the activation process of the service in its new form.
Remove (disable) a company
If the subscriber removes (disables) one or more companies from the service, upon request SoftOne will supply the company data along with a copy of the application so that the already stored data can be managed.
Keeping data (disabled) of removed companies
When a company is removed from the subscription content, the stored data will be kept for one month, during which the customer should ask SoftOne for a copy. By the end of the month, the data will be deleted from the database and there is no possibility of recovery.
