Subscription renewal

The subscription is not renewed automatically. The subscriber should use SaaS Subscription Menu to renew his subscription.

  • Once you have renewed the subscription, SoftOne will forward to you the respective invoice which should be paid within 10 calendar days
  • The service remains active until 30 days after expiration. During this period the subscriber should either renew or ask for a copy of his stored data in order to be able to use it
  • SoftOne will inform the subscriber by email (the one used as user name for access to the service) on the impending expiration

Subscription termination

The subscriber has the right to interrupt the service, by informing in writing. In this case, the prepaid amount, if any, will not be refunded.

Once the service is interrupted, SoftOne will provide the subscriber - upon request - a copy of the data within 30 calendar days. Please note that SoftOne reserves the right to delete the files from the system after 30 days or more.

The subscriber receives also a copy of the application in order to have unlimited access to stored data. However, no new data can be recorded, once the service has been interrupted.

SoftOne reserves the right to discontinue the service if the subscriber violates the terms of the license contract.
