SoftOne is constantly updating its applications, either because compliance with current tax regualtion is required or because of improvements in functionality and capabilities. Updating applications is part of the SaaS subscription and is provided free of charge. The updated version is directly installed in the database server at the data center.
Thus, there is absolutely no need for subscribers to get involved in updating processes.

Before updating

Before updating, subscribers are notified by a corresponding message on the Login screen or the site, where scheduled updates / system maintenance jobs are presented, or by email. At the same time,  all the new features are presented in detail. When needed, user guides are also updated to reflect new functionality.
