Where feasible and appropriate, support services essentially use the Internet, improving speed and reducing costs. Such limited access services, which can be provided through the application as well as the SoftOne site, are the following:

PUBLIC AREA
This area is dedicated to Soft1 customers . Through the PUBLIC AREA page, you may dowload files such as updates etc  posted by SoftOne.

PRIVATE AREA

In the private area classified access is gained through the corresponding application page following Serial Number control.
The space is available for files upload and download. That is, in your own private area you may "upload" files (eg. backup).  These files can only be seen by you and SoftOne supporters.

This is an easy and low - cost way to exchange files, therefore it is used daily by both customers and partners.

NEW USER LICENSE

Each Soft1 installation is accompanied by user license codes.  These codes should be recorded into customer's installation prior to the use of the application. Use this service for automatic identification and recording of the respective codes into your installation.

RENEW USER LICENSE
Same as above, for user license renewal.
CONTRACT ACTIVATION
Use this service for automatic recording of activation codes into customer's application, thus reducing mistakes and saving time.
INSTALLATION MESSAGES
Each Soft1 installation is sending and receiving messages to and from another Soft1 installation, provided you know the corresponding code (Serial Number). These messages can be simple text messages or messages with attached files, printouts, views and other Soft1 object. Received messages are displayed in the portal and in module «Installation messages». With single mouse click any attached soft1 object (printouts, views etc) is imported automatically (with question) in its correct position.
