Training is organized and conducted by taking into consideration the requirements and needs of the customer. Is is based on a proven methodology that leads to achieving the goals set out in each case.

Two types of training services are provided:

  • User training
  • Train the trainer


The training includes theoretical training and practice and is provided in different ways to meet the specific training needs: Group education (in a classroom), e-learning, on-site learning (training at the headquarters of the company), distance learning (individualized training sessions over the Internet).

DETAILED USER GUIDELINES - STEP BY STEP

Training and every day use of the application are considerable facilitated by the detailed guidelines recorded in the help text. Furthermore, step-by-step guidelines are offered in specific help-text sections called "How to".

One-to-one training sessions over the Internet. Offered only to experienced users to help with completion of complex tasks.

FIELD HELP

All application fields are accompanied by their detailed field help text, which contains all technical characteristics of the fields, theis name and position in the data base to facilitate report generation. Job-specific help text is also available.

KNOWLEDGE BASE

Our Knowledge Base is renewed daily in order to cover all new functionality added by the application new versions.
