The accredited independent auditor confirmed that the company\u2019s IT Service Management System (SMS) effectively meets the requirements of the ISO\/IEC 20000-1:2011 international standard for the <strong>provision and support services of &#8220;Soft1 ERP&#8221; application used in the provision of cloud and on-premises services to customers worldwide<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The ISO certifications provide clear evidence that SoftOne meets high KPI levels and delivers comprehensive business solutions to its customers of the highest international standards.
