Sales Account Manager




SoftOne is looking for an ERP Sales Account Manager, while actively expanding its operations on the Romanian market. As a Sales Account Manager in SoftOne you will have the chance to contribute to the development and accomplishment of the sales strategy for the software division and make the necessary changes to generate sales growth and achieve the targeted revenue.

What will you do?

  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the company’s complete value proposition to partners, services’ profitability and key business drivers;
  • Develop and aggressively identify sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calls & relationship development – both for PARTNERS and CLIENTS;
  • Doing outbound calls to develop non-active partners, or partners who have a good business potential;
  • Follow-up on phone inquiries and information requests sent to the customer service department;
  • Continuously monitor the main competitors in the field, with the products and services provided by the competitors and with the positioning on the industrial verticals and the references of these competitors;
  • Identify new business opportunities within assigned clients. Actively identify new potential clients as well as uncovered business needs in order to generate new sales;
  • Initiate and sustain the cross-sales process within the accounts that you’re responsible for;
  • Elaborate the commercial offers according to the customer requests;
  • Permanently update the sales pipeline in the CRM system.

What do we need from you?

  • Strong motivation to generate sales results;
  • Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills and a keen eye for details;
  • Proficiency in English language;
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the software industry;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts with a high degree of complexity;
  • Proven experience in ensuring long-term profitable relationships with business partners;
  • Willingness to help accelerate the expansion of our company through proactively identifying new sales opportunities.
